Little Angels Nursery
Below you will find some information on the various daycare services and childcare facilities we have at Little Angels Day Nursery in Stonehouse. We have been awarded outstanding status by OFSTED so you can be assured of a high standard environment for your child.
Our Nursery
Cosy Playroom
Upstairs you will find our Cosy Playroom, just off from the dining room/ messy playroom. This location has been chosen to provide children with a calm space, separate to the excitement of all the messy art activities. In the Cosy Playroom the children can choose to settle down on the rug with a toy, explore the play kitchen or snuggle in with one of our practitioners on the sofa for a story.

Dining Room
The dining room is situated on the first floor of the nursery. Here the babies who are weaning are given each of their daily meals. The room is stocked with miniature tables and chairs suitable for babies aged 6 months+ to give them a Montessori dining experience, where they can sit with their peers.

Art & Messy Playroom
When not being used for dining, this room transforms into an exciting space for messy play and art activities. For younger toddlers and babies, sensory play helps encourage curiosity and learning through open-ended exploration.

Baby Rooms
On the first floor of our nursery, you will find our baby rooms. Here we take care of babies from 3 months up to 18 months old. We have four rooms for our youngest members of Little Angels to explore and enjoy. The Baby Room, the Cosy Playroom, Art & Messy Playroom & our Sensory Room (Coming Soon!).

Toddler Room
On the ground floor of our nursery is our Toddler Room, for children who are confidently mobile up to 2 years old. This bright and airy room has large French doors leading out onto the main garden. Created with the purpose of giving our little ones a free-flowing play environment to explore between the indoors and our outdoor garden, complete with sensory area.

2–3 Room
Located on the ground floor of Little Angels Day Nursery is our 2-3 Room. As a young child grows and develops so does their abilities and curiosity. This bright and spacious room supports the inquisitiveness of little minds, providing interesting and stimulating displays and activities.

Preschool Room
The Preschool Room at Little Angels Day Nursery is situated in a separate building to the main setting. There is an entrance to the front and rear of the building, for the children to access the play park and gardens.

Explore Outdoors
Our half acre outdoor space at Little Angels Day Nursery, gives the children the freedom to roam around, exploring the different areas from the sandpit to the mud kitchen, the large lawn and the playground.

The Ball Pit Room
Physical activity and play are incredibly important for toddlers and children. While we ensure the children get outdoors as much as possible, they also enjoy having the freedom to explore inside. Climbing, jumping and rolling in our safe and squishy ball pit room.

Indoor Beach
Our Little Angels can enjoy a day at the seaside come rain or shine in our indoor beach room. Fitted with a large sandpit, various beach toys and deckchairs, the indoor beach is enjoyed by the children all year round.
